APPOINTMENTS
In order to best accommodate the needs of your schedule and the upkeep of the maintenance of your hair, we recommend that each of our clients book their upcoming appointments in advance. In the best consideration of our salon clients along with our team of stylists, a minimum of twenty-four hours notice is required for any appointment changes or cancellations. For less than 24 hour notice, you will be charged 50% of the reserved service. You will be charged 100% of the reserved service for no-shows. A credit card on file is required to schedule and hold your appointments. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover & Debit. Gratuities are graciously accepted in cash & check only. We cannot include gratuities on credit transactions. It is our intent for each guest to be 100% satisfied with our services & products. We will gladly address any concerns you may have with your services up to 7 days following your service. Returns of unopened products are not an issue and we would be happy to swap it out or refund it at your choice. Salon merchandise may be returned for exchange or salon credit. Hair brushes & make up may not be returned due to health and sanitation code. Products may not be returned after 14 days from purchase.
