 The new & hopefully temporary

operating protocols for your visit to beyond:


Help us serve you and please familiarize yourself with these mandatory operating protocols prior to your appointment.


1.  If you are sick stay home

Neither employees nor clients will be permitted

on the premises if they have any COVID-19 symptoms.

DO NOT come to your appointment if you are sick.


2.  Come alone & on time

Due to occupancy restrictions, we ask clients to come to their appointment alone. Only clients with an appointment will be able to enter our salon. No other family members, children, or friends are permitted (with the exception of caretakers).


3.  When you arrive, stay outside

We ask you to arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment and please stay in your vehicle and listen to some great music.

Our door will be locked and the waiting area is temporarily closed.

We will call you to welcome you in the salon when your stylist is ready.


4.  Wear a mask

Masks must be worn at all times. We will be wearing masks and it is mandatory that all clients do as well. Masks with loops over the ears (rather than tied behind the head) are preferred. We ask that you wear a mask the entire time you are within the salon. There may be brief exceptions due to the service being performed, at which time staff will wear a face shield or goggles in addition to their face covering. If you have a medical condition that prevents you from wearing a mask, please advise us in advance so we can make any necessary arrangements.


5.  Maintain 6' from other guests

Reduced station usage within the salon

will ensure that all  stylist/client pairings are spaced 6' apart

to the maximum extent possible.

We are required to discontinue all  self-service beverages, magazines, & other non-essential  shared items from our salon,

6.  Sanitize...often!

Clients will be asked to wash their hands

immediately upon entering the salon.

Sanitizer will be readily available at key locations within the salon.

Frequently touched surfaces throughout the salon

will be sanitized every 60 minutes

(ie: door pulls, knobs, restroom faucets)

Each station will be completely sanitized with medical-grade sanitizer between every client, including stylist tools.

All capes, towels, and aprons

will be laundered with hot water and hot air.

In an effort to reduce touch-points,

the salon now offers the option of touch-free checkout!

We will be happy to set this up for you!

New salon procedures and policies


Appointment confirmations will be communicated 48 hours in advance via text message, email, or phone.

(whichever you chose when setting up your account)


We do understand you may need to change your

scheduled appointment,

however, we now require a 24 hour notice of change.

You will be charged 50% of your appointment

if your notice is less than 24 hours.

You will be charged 100% if you no show.


We are beyond grateful for your generous gratuities.

Our deepest apologies, we are no longer accepting tips on

credit cards or debit cards.

Gratuities are graciously accepted via cash or check only.
